The 9-Speed Difference:
Featuring nine forward ranges and three overdrive ranges, fleets will see increased performance, improved fuel economy and reduced maintenance costs. The new 1st and 3rd gears empower more efficient performance in frequent start-stop duty cycles, while the new 9th range provides greater fuel economy while maintaining performance. The 9-Speed offers ratings capability of up to 380 hp (283 kW), 900 lb-ft of torque (1,220 N·m) and GVW of 57,000 lbs. (26 t).
